Auditors are elected by the General Meeting for a period of one year. The auditors are to audit the company’s financial statements and management.
PricewaterhouseCoopers AB were elected auditors at the general meeting in May 2011 for the period until the annual general meeting 2012. Since April 2008, the auditor-in-charge is authorized public accountant Håkan Malmström.
