Incentive program for senior executives
Karo Bio offers senior executives a goal-related bonus program for which the objectives are set by the Compensation Committee. Bonuses are paid out annually in arrears as salary and are reported in the financial statements of year in which they are accrued.
The program is based on a maximum bonus of 40 percent of the recipient’s fixed annual salary, before social security charges, with the requirement that the recipient invests the net amount after tax of the portion of the compensation that exceeds 20 percent of the recipient’s fixed annual salary in Karo Bio shares on the market.
No bonus payments were made to senior executives for 2010.

Karo Bio’s stock option program 2003/2011 expired on April 30, 2011 with no options being exercised.
