Karo Bio has a project portfolio based on innovative molecules targeting disease areas with significant market opportunity, and where there are medical needs for pharmaceuticals utilizing mechanisms of action.

The portfolio is focused on nuclear receptors as drug targets for the treatment of primarily cardiovascular, metabolic and inflammatory diseases as well as in women's health. It contains three projects in clinical development and three in discovery. Three projects are partnerships and three are proprietary in-house projects.
