Development pipeline
Karo Bio’s projects focus on nuclear receptors as target proteins for the development of new pharmaceuticals. Several of the projects are based on new treatment principles and innovative compounds that are the first in class.
The part of the portfolio which Karo Bio develops on its own consists of two projects in a clinical development phase, one project in a pre-clinical development phase and one in early explorative research phase. In addition to this, Karo Bio has three strategic collaborations with international pharmaceutical companies.
